Nina Wang
CFO, SharingOS Inc.

Ms. Wang recently Joined SharingOS Group as Chief Financial Officer.  As one of the four executive management team members, she oversees the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the financial activities of the company.  In addition, Ms. Wang is in charge of other back-office functions for the company. 

Before SharingOS, Ms. Wang was Vice President/General Counsel for Greencourt Capital and overseed the company's structure design of international transactions, tax planning, investment decisions and post-investment management.  She also maintained relationship with investors and provided overseas real estate investment strategies.  Ms. Wang has approximately 20 years tax/finance experiences as a tax attorney. She worked in finance and tax planning area for Deloitte & Touche, Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, IBM, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation. Ms. Wang has an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University and earned her LL. M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar and a CPA licensed in New York State.

Chairman of board of directors of Hope Chinese School which had eight campuses and more than four thousands students. I graduated from Beijing University of aeronautics and astronautics. I came to USA at 1988 and graduated from University of Maryland at College Park. As a senior database Administrator and senior consultant, I have been working at various government agencies data centers such as DOD, Navy, HHS and NOAA.

Karina Hou

​Karina Hou is the president of the Chinese American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Washington and Organization of Chinese American Woman-Maryland Chapter. Lived in the US for more than 30 years, she is also the founder and president of the United Elite Education Association. As the Advisory Office Advisor of Montgomery County Executive Business, she is also the Chairman of the Montgomery International Film Festival and the Advisory Committee of Office's Asian American Pacific Islander Business.

Chris Chan

President, Shanghai Greencourt Group (US)

Mr. Chris Chan is the Vice President at Greencourt Investment Group and President at Shanghai Greencourt Group (US). Prior to joining Greencourt, he was the General Manager of International Business Division of CITIC Trust, over-sighting both inbound and outbound investment activities. He was also managing three cross-border funds with government issued credentials of ODI, QDLP and QFLP. He served as the Vice General Manager at the Innovation Business Department of CITIC Trust between 2012-2015, where he lead a number of initiatives in devising some industry-leading investment vehicles into the sectors such as healthcare, senior housing, and consumer staples.

Yi Lu
Fund Manager

Ms. Lu works as fund manager of Greencourt Capital and she has approximately 8 years’ real estate investment and asset management experience. Her main responsibilities include project feasibility analysis, fund product design, financial modeling, post-investment management, and marketing strategies. Prior to Greencourt Capital, Ms. Lu worked as a senior development advisor in Cushman& Wakefield, where she preformed project due diligence, economic and market research and pro-forma analysis analysis for more than 25 developers in Asia. During her MBA, Ms. Lu interned in Cassidy Turley (Now Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ)’s capital market group and the Center of Real Estate and Urban Analysis of The George Washington University. Ms. Lu holds MBA and Master of Tourism Administration form The George Washington University and Bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai, China. Ms. Lu is a member of  Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and member of ULI.
