Nina Wang
CFO, SharingOS Inc.
Ms. Wang recently Joined SharingOS Group as Chief Financial Officer. As one of the four executive management team members, she oversees the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the financial activities of the company. In addition, Ms. Wang is in charge of other back-office functions for the company.
Before SharingOS, Ms. Wang was Vice President/General Counsel for Greencourt Capital and overseed the company's structure design of international transactions, tax planning, investment decisions and post-investment management. She also maintained relationship with investors and provided overseas real estate investment strategies. Ms. Wang has approximately 20 years tax/finance experiences as a tax attorney. She worked in finance and tax planning area for Deloitte & Touche, Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, IBM, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation. Ms. Wang has an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University and earned her LL. M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar and a CPA licensed in New York State.

Dr. Tao Chen
Dr. Tao Chen is an associate professor of practice at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Her research focuses on how consumers strategically respond to company’s product and pricing decisions. She teaches new product development at Carey.

Joanie Xu
Ms. Xu is the president of Future Reimagination Initiative and judge of Columbia China-US Education Forum Innovation Competition.
She has a close contact with U.S. government agencies, international organizations, research think tanks, foundations and investment companies, public and private schools, and higher education institutions for more than ten years. As an representative of Asian female educator, she attended major exchange conferences and was invited to be a honor lecturer in most of these meetings,with a view to make suggestions for the development of education from the perspective of leadership.

Bing Lu

He is the CEO of Vesta Investment Advisors and manages Vesta Strategic RE Fund, Vii ETF Growth Fund and other private equity funds.

Ping L v
President of CAAGW
She graduated from Zhejiang Medical University (now Zhejiang University School of Medicine) in the 1980s, and obtained a doctorate in clinical cardiology from Shanghai Changzheng Hospital in the 1990s, mainly engaged in clinical medicine and scientific research. In the mid-1990s, she went to the United States and worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Internal Medicine of Harvard Medical School and the Institute of Cardiovascular Molecular Biology, New England Medical Center, Tufts University, and published many articles in Science, Nature Medicine and other journals.
Dr. Lv Ping has been engaged in social service activities for many years. In 2019, she won the Gold Award of the “Presidential Volunteer Service Award” in the United States, and won the Maryland “Governor’s Volunteer Award” in 2020 and other awards.
