Nina Wang

Ms. Wang recently Joined SharingOS Group as Chief Financial Officer. As one of the four executive management team members, she oversees the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the financial activities of the company. In addition, Ms. Wang is in charge of other back-office functions for the company.
Before SharingOS, Ms. Wang was Vice President/General Counsel for Greencourt Capital and overseed the company's structure design of international transactions, tax planning, investment decisions and post-investment management. She also maintained relationship with investors and provided overseas real estate investment strategies. Ms. Wang has approximately 20 years tax/finance experiences as a tax attorney. She worked in finance and tax planning area for Deloitte & Touche, Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, IBM, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation. Ms. Wang has an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University and earned her LL. M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar and a CPA licensed in New York State.
Terry Hsiao

Terry Hsiao is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor with extensive experiences in US and China. Mr. Hsiao has founded multiple companies in mobile that got acquired by Sybase, Verifone and Kaleyra. Appointed by two Governors across party lines, Terry served on the board of Center of Innovation and Technology, a state funded economic development and investment agency in the Commonwealth of Virginia.​​
Terry is the current President of Monte Jade DC, representing Asian American business leaders and entrepreneurs for 25 years, and the Executive Director of the MIT Alums Angel Group in DC. Mr. Hsiao also served on the Board of Governors at MIT Sloan, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Management of Technology; and Board of Advisors at College of Engineering at Rutgers University, where he received a BSEE Honors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Karina Hou

​Karina Hou is the president of the Chinese American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Washington and Organization of Chinese American Woman-Maryland Chapter. Lived in the US for more than 30 years, she is also the founder and president of the United Elite Education Association. As the Advisory Office Advisor of Montgomery County Executive Business, she is also the Chairman of the Montgomery International Film Festival and the Advisory Committee of Office's Asian American Pacific Islander Business.
Chris Chan
President, Shanghai Greencourt Group (US)

Mr. Chris Chan is the Vice President at Greencourt Investment Group and President at Shanghai Greencourt Group (US). Prior to joining Greencourt, he was the General Manager of International Business Division of CITIC Trust, over-sighting both inbound and outbound investment activities. He was also managing three cross-border funds with government issued credentials of ODI, QDLP and QFLP. He served as the Vice General Manager at the Innovation Business Department of CITIC Trust between 2012-2015, where he lead a number of initiatives in devising some industry-leading investment vehicles into the sectors such as healthcare, senior housing, and consumer staples.
Angelena Huang

Angelene Huang is CEO and Foudner of Viswise Global, an online eduation and training company. Before this, she managed over 20 billion cash investment portfolio and treasury operation for 9 years for one of the top global quantitative hedge funds based in New York. Prior to that, she was a senior analyst and forex trader at the treasury of IBM. Angelene is an experienced treasury and capital market profession, a strategic leader for technology automation, and a detail-oriented risk manager with a focus on daily excellence and consistent improvement. She also manages various cross team projects and embraces transparency and high standard of work ethics. She is an experienced professional in Forex trading and hedge strategy, as well as the short-term cash investment.Angelene holds an MBA degree from Yale School of Management, Master degrees in Computer Science and Civil Engineering, and a bachelor degree from Tsinghua University. She is also the founder of the Chinese Coffee Club, a non-profit registered in New York, providing professional talks and conferences for Chinese communities.
